The company has an acquisition focused growth model, and as such needed leaders who can manage this fast-paced environment and can help integrate new companies at pace.
The Solution
We worked with the CIO to deep dive into their organisation and the talent market they were coming into, to develop a highly targeted TRS search strategy which focused heavily on networking and ECS’s extensive contacts in the industries.
After this detailed consultation phase, we developed a shortlist and guided the client through the selection process by only providing candidates who were highly vetted and aligned to their expectation.
The Result
This strategic hire was identified with limited administrative responsibilities on the clients side, meaning the leadership team could focus on driving their global transformation initiatives, safe in the knowledge that the candidates were thoroughly assessed and suitable for the role saving time on long interview processes.
