Our experiences of working with the ECS back office team over the past year have always been positive and professional. ECS provide us with an exceptional level of support from their back office and clearly have well defined internal processes that mean the information and data we receive from them is accurate and clear to understand. There is full visibility and an ownership culture within their back office. Their consistent work is evidence of the pride they take in their work and passion for their business. From a communication perspective, we have defined contacts and the relationships between the Ricoh and ECS back office teams. It is positive and productive on all levels. The key to this is the cultural synergy between the ECS and Ricoh back office cultures, in particular around our people management and engagement philosophies - this produces a cohesive working harmony between the teams which ultimately makes the ECS back office team feel like a partner or extension of the Ricoh team, as opposed to just another supplier.
