We partnered with a high growth entertainment business, who are currently going through a large M&A programme. As part of this programme, the business acknowledges that it is crucial that security operations are maintained, and the team have the broad cyber security skills to learn these newly acquired businesses as opposed to individuals who are specific technology SMEs, but who lack the ability to pick up complex environments quickly.

Another key candidate requirement was someone who had the appropriate culture fit for the business, to allow them to build relationships with these new divisions in the organisation.
