Large International Bank

Working with a large international bank ECS managed several project and programme management resource requirements delivering support to their digital transformation team across Europe.

After our discovery call with the client, it was key that we use local resource, being Germany, Italy, France and the UK. This IBM Mainframe project was highly complex and business critical, so previous experience of this type of migration was crucial to ensure successful delivery.

Along with the above all candidates needed to pass several compliance and financial checks for them to be onsite and access company systems. Following a structured recruitment plan and pre booked 1st and 2nd interviews, four candidates were successfully deployed over a 12-month period.
