Engaged with Connect to improve their hiring process, based largely around how to ensure they identify and hire the most suitable candidates that not only tick all the technical elements required but are a solid and sound fit from a company culture point of view and possess behaviours that align to the team.
We devised a plan to put all candidates who were selected for interview through Ability and Personality Assessments. The Thrive assessments ensure the hiring managers gain a deeper understanding of a potential candidate, allowing them to identify risks, which helps regarding structuring the interview and questions they ask.
Better candidates where hired, that have largely enhanced the company & team culture, improved staff retention and saved money on future recruitment costs.
