Engaged with a pharmaceutical manufacturing business as part of the transition when the division was being sold from a larger organisation. Becoming a new business during a global pandemic, whilst manufacturing products which are supporting the pandemic, was a challenge in itself, but due to this situation Kindeva needed to hire and recruit top talent quickly.
We worked closely with HR to come up with a hiring plan and marketing strategy that would fulfil their immediate recruitment and resource needs. Allowing us a direct route into the hiring managers not only streamlined the process and improved the time to fill on the vacancies, but it also freed up a considerable amount of time for HR who had much more important tasks at hand with setting up new policies, processes etc. We had full access to the management team from qualifying the roles to diary management for interviews, through to offer stage.
Successful placements in maintenance, project engineering, quality engineering and design engineering teams which were vital to the ongoing manufacture of products supplied globally which were supporting the Covid19 pandemic, in addition to freeing up a considerable amount of time for the internal teams.
