We were recommended to a company who had experienced a cyber-attack. All internal systems were locked down and they were unable to be accessed by their in-house IT department. The attack was disastrous for the business, as usual work couldn’t be completed meaning both revenue and efficiency were severely affected.
The client needed a mixture of 1st and 2nd line engineers to rebuild and reimagine the infrastructure. They needed to be dispatched immediately to resume normal business activities.
Our Contractor Care program ensures we are in touch regularly with our Accredited© team, allowing us to be mindful of which of them were working and where they were based. This allowed us to put together 21 engineers to assist the company.
