Providing Multiple O365 Engineers to Support a Large Scale Transformation Project
We had a requirement from a new client who were looking for multiple IT 365 Engineers to support the business going through a large business transformation project to deploy & integrate a newcore system across the whole business.

The Challenge
We had a requirement from a new client who were looking for multiple IT 365 Engineers to support the business going through a large business transformation project to deploy & integrate a newcore system across the whole business. Our client required our project engineers to cover several sites and for them to work a shift partner that included, days, nights and over the weekend to ensure business downtime was kept in a minimum.
The Solution
A recruitment project was agreed to ensure we could onboard candidates within 2 weeks, this included prebooked interviews and testing with the hiring team. It was agreed that all engineers would be from our Accredited Team to ensure we had 100% reliability and commitment throughout the project.
The Result
ECS successfully deployed a team of 3 engineers for the initial phase on the project. The project become more complex and ECS were asked to provide another 2 engineers to support the successfully delivery of the project and complete on time. The end customer and since had smaller projects whereby they have asked for our Accredited Engineers by name because of the high levels of service and commitment they showed throughout the project.
