Working for a global MedTech Powerhouse, we have been strategically working with for over 15 years, we partnered with them to support their global restructure, resulting in the need to efficiently hire multiple director level appointments.

Due to the level of role and key stakeholders involved in the hiring process a robust recruitment plan was shared and agreed with the business to ensure we stayed in control of the process and were efficient with everyone’s time.

Through our global candidate networking channels, ECS presented a shortlist of 5 candidates for each role, of which all had 1st interviews, followed by 2 candidates then being selected for 2nd interview, testing and final interviewing with the Senior VP in the Global Team.

Outcome, 3 candidates successfully placed and onboarded locally in Ireland (2x) and Germany.
